Muy f\u00e1cil de hacer de la mano de Thermomix. Espero que os guste.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 galletas tipo Mar\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>3 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>500 g de cebolla en cuartos<\/li>\n<li>6-8 ramitas de perejil fresco (s\u00f3lo las hojas)<\/li>\n<li>70 g de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1000 g de calamares (cortaos en trozos de aprox. 3&#215;3 cm)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 pellizco de pimienta<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharada de piment\u00f3n dulce<\/li>\n<li>1-2 hojas de laurel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pasos<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Ponemos las galletas en el vaso y trituramos <strong>4 seg\/velocidad 7.<\/strong> Retiramos a un bol y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos en el vaso los ajos, la cebolla, el perejil y el aceite. Troceeamos <strong>3 seg\/velocidad 4<\/strong> y sofre\u00edmos\u00a0<strong>4 min\/120\u00baC\/velocidad 1.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Incorporamos las calamares, la sal, la pimienta, el piment\u00f3n, el laurel y las galletas trituradas y programamos\u00a0<strong>30 min\/100\u00baC\/ Giro invertido\/ velocidad cuchara.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Para reducir la salsa, colocamos el cestillo en la tapa en lugar del cubilete y programamos\u00a0<strong>15 min\/varoma\/giro invertido\/ velocidad cuchara.<\/strong> Vertemos en una fuente y servimos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Presentaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Es un plato que se puede acompa\u00f1ar con arroz blanco o cous cous y queda incre\u00edble!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para 6 personas Receta que me apasiona y suelo comer en Almer\u00eda todos los veranos.
