En Argentina es un plato muy preparado para las fiestas de fin de a\u00f1o: Navidad y A\u00f1o Nuevo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5 cucharadas colmadas de harina<\/li>\n<li>5 cucharadas colmadas de az\u00facar glas<\/li>\n<li>5 huevos<\/li>\n<li>10 lonchas de pavo braseado<\/li>\n<li>10 lonchas de queso cheddar<\/li>\n<li>Mahonesa<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pasos<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Separar las<strong> yemas<\/strong> de las<strong> claras<\/strong> y reservar las claras.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el <strong>az\u00facar<\/strong> a las yemas hasta que adquiera un color blanquecino.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporamos la <strong>harina<\/strong> y <strong>batimos<\/strong> hasta que se integre completamente pero sin batir en exceso ya que si nos pasamos no quedar\u00e1 esponjosa la masa y\u00a0a\u00f1adimos una pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Montamos las<strong> claras al punto de nieve.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>En cuanto montamos las claras <strong>mezclaremos poco a poco de forma envolvente<\/strong> las claras con la mezcla de yemas, harina y az\u00facar para evitar que se bajen.<\/li>\n<li>Extendemos sobre un papel vegetal en una bandeja de horno, previamente engrasada con mantequilla.<\/li>\n<li>Introducimos en el <strong>horno precalentado a 180 \u00baC, calor arriba y abajo y ventilador unos 10 min\u00a0<\/strong>o hasta que se dore.<\/li>\n<li>Enrollamos la masa desde el lado m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o, envolvemos en film transparente y reservamos en la nevera hasta el momento de rellenarlo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>RELLENO<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Extendemos mahonesa en toda la superficie y a\u00f1adimos una capa generosa de pavo braseado y otra de queso cheddar.<\/li>\n<li>Enrrollamos de nuevo, colocamos film transparente de nuevo y reservamos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>PRESENTACION<\/h3>\n<p>Os recomiendo cortar con un grosor de 1 cm y presentar como en la foto.<\/p>\n<h4>CONSEJO<\/h4>\n<p>Pod\u00e9is ver c\u00f3mo hacer el az\u00facar glas en casa de una forma muy sencilla en el post\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ladespensaazul.es\/index.php\/2017\/10\/15\/azucar-glas-casero\/?preview_id=293&amp;preview_nonce=c9ac788a5c&amp;_thumbnail_id=352&amp;preview=true\">AZ\u00daCAR GLAS CASERO<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para 6 personas.\u00a0Esta receta de piononos de mi amiga\u00a0Julia\u00a0es muy sencilla y un \u00e9xito asegurado como aperitivo para comidas o cenas en familia. \u00bfD\u00f3nde surgieron los famosos piononos?
